FAQ

1. Aren’t recycled carpet tiles dirty?

As our carpet tiles have been used previously, they arrive to our warehouse in differing conditions. They are then hand sorted and regraded by our specially trained staff. Most of these tiles are in perfectly good condition, clean, and suitable for domestic use after a quick general vacuum! Some of our cheaper tiles do have a fair bit of wear and tear, and may require a deeper clean, but this is clearly outlined in the tile description. We have a cleaning guide if you want to upgrade your tiles further.
