To take advantage of our No Quibble returns policy we do need you to contact us within 30 days of purchase, but if 30 days have passed we can still offer credit to your account for an alternative purchase.
Please note that we cannot pay for returns and so return shipping costs will be at your expense; we ask that you carefully package the tiles and post them to our warehouse in Porth. Full refund or exchange will be offered within 30 days of purchase, however any time after this will result in a credit note to the amount paid.
