Local Welsh carpet tile launched on St David’s Day
Today is St David's Day! St David is the patron saint of Wales and he is celebrated on the 1 March. We are also celebrating today at Greenstream as we are launching a new range of carpet tile which is made here in Wales, located a short distance from our warehouse in Porth.

Wellbeing Workshop held for the Greenstream Team
As part of our dedication to supporting our employees, the aspect of wellbeing is an important feature for us here at Greenstream Flooring, especially given the current climate.
At our team meeting on 17 February, we welcomed Jenny Duckworth from Jam HR, who ran a Wellbeing Talk for the whole team.

Four FREE giveaway days in February
Our next Community Donation Days will be held over 4 days from Thursday 11 February to Tuesday 16 February (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
Tickets are FREE to anyone who would like to take advantage of this event and anyone interested just needs to book a slot for a convenient time that works for them and be able to collect the tiles themselves at our warehouse in Porth.

Cardiff café and wellbeing hub receives laminate flooring donation
A project based in Cardiff city centre run by Ty Krishna Cymru has recently benefited from laminate flooring scraps donated by Greenstream Flooring CIC and reused mixed grade carpet tile plants for a mixed floor. -
Greenstream win CRUK Reuse Member of the Year for the fifth time
We are delighted to have won the Reuse Member of the Year award for the fifth time, from CRUK, the not-for-profit membership association working to reduce the amount of carpet waste being sent to landfill. -
Celebrating the #WhoKnew digital campaign on Social Enterprise Day
#WhoKnew is a digital campaign which takes place on Social Enterprise Day, the Thursday of Global Entrepreneurship Week. It is a digital campaign designed to give social enterprises the chance to tell their stories, to show what makes them different from traditional businesses and to shout about the impact of their work. -
Our next Community Donation Days to be held over 9 days in December
As part of our mission to maximise community benefit from the reuse of flooring we regularly run Community Donation Days to support the community with free re-used carpet. This carpet originates from our partners where we work with them on a Take Back scheme to ensure that as much unused carpet is recycled and re-used as possible. -
Two day Social Enterprise Futures Digital Summit - Ellen Petts appearing as part of a panel session
Greenstream Flooring MD and founder Ellen Petts will be speaking at the Social Enterprise Futures digital summit hosted by Social Enterprise UK over two days on the 25 and 26 November.
Ellen will be speaking as part of a panel session - “How can social enterprise be a solution for our planet as we face the climate emergency?” on 26 November at 12.05pm.

We have joined the #BuySocial national campaign which runs from 15 – 17 October, which aims to raise awareness and get people spending their money with social enterprises. The Choose Communities: Buy Social Campaign is all about shining a spotlight on the impact social enterprises are having on communities both in the UK and around the world. -
Community hub gets facelift with donated new carpet
The community of Vernon Place, near Neath has been given an extra boost by Greenstream Flooring CIC who have donated three hundred metres of new flocked flooring for their new Community Hub, located in the old Llansawel Primary School.
